Operator Qualification Plan and Public Awareness Plant-Update

Carlton Taylor addressed changing from O.P.A.L. to P.R.C. (required qualification plans)  He suggested better service from P.R. C.  Cost would be for requested book, dues at $540 per year.  M. Elerick made motion to switch to P.R. C.  R. Poland seconded.   Yes- M.  Elerick,  R. Choate, R. Poland, R. McMillin.

Resignation-Mark Pierce

Resignation, effective June 18, 2008 was presented.  Mr. Pierce is moving back to Durant, Oklahoma.  R. Choate made motion to accept resignation.  R. Poland seconded.   Yes- R. Choate, R. Poland, R. McMillin   No- M. Elerick.  Motion carried.

Executive Session-Hire-Fire-Promote-Demote Carlton Taylor, Paul Lay, James Williams, Tim Weathers (250 State-Sec. 307B)

Tim Weathers is serve as acting supervisor.
