APPOINT BOARD MEMBER TO FINISH VACATED TERM OF RUSTY FIELDS.
Teresa Shuffield was present. R. Poland made motion to appoint Ms.
Shuffield to finish vacated trustee term. M. Elerick seconded.

City Clerk Doris Mitched administered Oath of Office and Ms.

John McEwen presented results of Planning
Commission recommendations for new zoning and also new mobile
(Manufactured Home) ordinance.

Planning Commission approve the following variances
1) Not to be Owner occupied,
2) Mobile is over five years old but is in very good condition,
3) Size of mobile is not as large as required
M. Elerick made motion to approve mobile variance based on
Planning Commission recommendation.

Advertise Cutoff Date for Payment of 2007-08 Claims ( Oct 21)
Advertisement would notify anyone having a claim/payment statement
against the town that it must be presented by Oct 21.
If not, board can, at their discretion, refuse to pay because of
untimely presentation. R.

C. T-Shirts
Patti Fields addressed need for identifying shirts when at functions or
helping other towns in emergency situations.
She advised that she herself purchased two shirts and had them
monogrammed. Cost was $90.
