NEW BUSINESS

122nd & Anderson-Area being used for Target Practice-Lisa Butler

Ms. Butler addressed problem of people using river area for target practice.  Although this is in  OKC, she is asking that 122 west of  Anderson be closed.  It appears part of the road is already closed to poor condition.  Maybe closing it completely will defer some of the people going to the river area.   Carlton Taylor to check on this.  (North side of road is OKC so will have to get with County (who does Jones roads   M. Elerick made motion to contact Doc Miller and anyone else who would be affected by this closing (Mr. Miller has property on Anderson) to see if they would not be hindered by this road closing>  T. Court Workshop-March 26-27-Lisa Weathers

Tim Weathers presented results of air quality check.  Report indicate mold in several areas- (Report on file- City Files-Air Quality Results).  After disc:  Item tabled

Doris Mitchell explained the procedure for obtaining card plus penalties including one day late-$39 charge, increase in percent etc.  Due to meeting dates, some accounts are sometimes late.  It appears contracting with Visa would not enhance charge cards.
