A NOTICE is hereby given of a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Jones to be held at 7:00P.M., Tuesday, the 1^st day of September 2009, at 110 E. Main, Jones, Oklahoma in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act for the purpose of discussion, consideration and possible action re:

PUBLIC COMMENTS: From the General Public (limited to three (3) minutes per speaker) for a total of fifteen (15) minutes on City related Non-Agenda items. Preference will be given to Jones Citizens. NO FORMAL ACTION or DISCUSSION will be taken due to being violation of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.

BUSINESS: The following items are hereby designed for discussion and consideration which requires INDIVIDUAL action.

Mark Taylor – Mark Taylor would like for the Town of Jones to pay $150.00 fee for Mark to attend State Certification as Code Enforcement.
Mark Taylor - Mark Taylor would like for the Town of Jones to pay $75.00 fee for OML Preconference workshop in Tulsa.
Douglas Henley – Approval for the new Town of Jones job descriptions.
