Technology is wonderful but it's also difficult. There have been a few hiccups in our new process and there were some payments that did not get transferred properly. Rest assured, we have identified those and they are being credited to your accounts! ![]()

There will be NO LATE FEES and you can call city hall (starting Wednesday) if you would like to verify your account balance. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Reminder... Utility Bills went out today. If your ACH payment method is affected by the recent change, we have sent you a letter via mail or email. Please know that while this change is inconvenient, it is necessary for YOUR financial security. Our staff is available to assist you via phone and I, personally, will be available to assist you in person if necessary. THERE WILL BE NO LATE FEES ASSESSED FOR THOSE AFFECTED while we make this transition. Please be kind to our staff as we work together to make Jones a wonderful place to live, work, and thrive!
